What are the requirements to become a Paragon customer?

Paragon offers its products "WHOLESALE TO THE TRADE ONLY" to retailers of home accessories or interior design professionals. Required credentials include a Resale Tax Number, Federal ID#, and a Business License.
Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, Minimum order domestic is $500.00 for initial and $300 for reorders; International is $500.00 for initial and reorders. Wall decor, lamps and accessories can be combined to meet minimum order requirements. SURCHARGE TO PROCESS ORDERS BELOW MINIMUM IS NOT AVAILABLE. Minimum order required for each shipping location. Items must be ordered in multiples of the pack quantity listed. Please specify quantity, item number and price to insure accurate shipment.
How long will my order take?

Paragon Items: NORMAL SHIPPING TIME IS 3-4 WEEKS from receipt of order.

Kinder-Harris Collection Items: SHIPPING TIME IS 5-6 WEEKS from receipt of order.

Orders that contain both Paragon and Kinder-Harris items will ship in 5-6 weeks.

To receive Paragon items in 3-4 weeks, please place your Paragon items on a separate order from Kinder-Harris products. All orders minimums apply for each order.

All items are manufactured after payment terms are approved. Every effort is made to ship orders complete. Items out of stock must be reordered on a future order meeting the minimum order amount
What are Paragon Picture Gallery's payment terms?

We do not ship to accounts with a past due balance.

NEW DOMESTIC ACCOUNTS - Net 30 day terms are available subject to approval of credit application containing three trade references, and legal documentation for verification of business.

ESTABLISHED DOMESTIC ACCOUNTS - Net 30 credit terms are subject to prior payment history with our company.

INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS - Initial order requires full payment in advance before order is built. Payment terms for subsequent orders will be determined by our Credit Department.

COD SHIPMENTS - COD orders are accepted. However, COD shipments do not qualify for any available freight discounts from the transportation carriers and additional COD fees will be added to inbound freight charges.

CREDIT CARDS - Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.
What are my shipping/delivery options?

Shipments are sent by common carrier - FOB Albertville, Alabama, USA.

Freight is prepaid and added to the inovice. Residential delivery or other charges for special carrier services may be additional. In the absence of routing instructions, we use the carrier deemed best by our shipping department. We do not ship by UPS or other small package carriers.
What is Paragon Picture Gallery's return policy?

ALL CLAIMS SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS. Should you receive a defective product, please call our Customer Care Department for instructions. Prior approval must be received from us before any returned merchandise will be accepted.
Do the dimensions listed include framing?

Yes, all items are rounded to the nearest inch. Decorative mirrors, lamps and accessories are rounded to the nearest inch of the tallest and widest part of the frame.
Can I choose a different frame or mat for an item?

Products are available only as shown. We reserve the right to substitute or slightly modify designs without notice. Custom styling is available for order quantities of ten or more of the same item. Please call our Contract Department for details.
Do items include UPC codes?

Yes, all items in the Paragon product line comply with Universal Product Code (UPC) numbering standards. In items sold as packs, each individual unit will have the same UPC number. Each unit comes with a Product/UPC bar code on the back.
