All claims should be made within 10 business days after receipt of goods. Should you receive a defective or damaged product, click here to fill out our online claim form or you may email email@example.com. Prior approval must be received from our Customer Care Center before any returned merchandise will be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non-authorized returns.
The carrier is responsible for delivering our product to you in good condition. Please inspect shipment for damages and note them on freight bill.
