Return Policy

All claims should be made within 10 business days after receipt of goods. Should you receive a defective or damaged product, click here to fill out our online claim form or you may email Prior approval must be received from our Customer Care Center before any returned merchandise will be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non-authorized returns.

The carrier is responsible for delivering our product to you in good condition. Please inspect shipment for damages and note them on freight bill.
